The We Move People office sits at 270 Wakea Avenue, Suite B, Kahului, in the industrial corridor four minutes from the Matson container terminal gate and seven minutes from Kahului Airport (OGG). Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Saturday between 7 AM and 6 PM — bring a rough inventory list or the property address and Tyler can usually have you a binding flat figure before you leave. Sunday we are typically at the harbor for a Matson barge departure; call Nalani to arrange a Sunday meeting and she will set it up.

What we need from you on the first call
Four basics: where you are moving from, where you are moving to, an honest bedroom count of what is in the house today, and the rough window of when you want it gone. With those four items Nalani can tell you on the phone which lane you are on, which Matson or Pasha sail dates fit, and roughly where the binding flat figure will land. Tyler turns the formal walk-through and the signed figure inside of one business day.
Hours and the off-island days
Office hours are 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday. Closed Sunday by default (Matson sails most Sundays). Closed on the morning of a major inter-island or mainland barge departure — Kai is at the OGG container yard those mornings and Nalani is on the booking phone with Matson. We post the closure mornings on the office voicemail the night before.
